The Inside Sales is responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities, advancing the sales process and assisting the Sales Director in the achievement of business.


      Your Job responsibilities:

  • Identify potential companies and contacts per business sector.
  • Prospect targets through telephone, email and any other social media like Linkedin.
  • Identify decision makers, sponsors and users within targeted accounts to begin sales process.
  • Generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect and clients (CRM, One drive, Excel)
  • Report to the Sales Director with focus on establishing the necessary strategic sales approach.
  • Deliver sales presentations to the market with the support of the presales engineering.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to prospects.
  • Work as a team member and actively collaborate with the French presales and the consulting.
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, lead generating and any social media action. 


Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s degree, University, BTS or business school.    
  • 2 or 3 years of work experience in sales or telesales within software business, Cloud or On-premise solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, to generate leads and to follow up sales opportunities.
  • Good ability to conduct prospection in the IT or software management business with potentially complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
  • Good ability to work as a part of a team and to communicate internally with the presales engineering for solution presentations, with the consulting and with the customer support.
  • Good verbal communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, showing work ethic and possessing a high level of enthusiasm.
