sennder is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder. In a traditional industry, we are moving fast to digitize and automate all road logistics processes. We are a growing team looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our  sales team in the Paris  office.

About the role:

As a Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like upselling and expansion of our customers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from addressing and persuading our partners to win them over (focus on SMB)
  • Take responsibility for the telephone sales of our value-added services in our partner network (B2B existing customers)
  • Significantly strengthen sennder’s brand towards our customers
  • Generate new ideas to develop value added services for customers
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by offering smooth communication and attractive value-added services

    • PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • Sales talent and experiences in B2B telesales
  • The ability to impact and influence customers and partners with a high degree of autonomy
  • Flexibility and the drive to create real and measurable business results
  • Strong and assertive communication skills, especially telephone etiquette
  • Good organizational skills and proactive approach
  • Knowledge in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Self-motivation with ambitious goals
  • Native French proficiency in addition to a very good level of English
